Targetologist (Facebook / Instagram Ads) | Remote in Bones Agency

Bones is looking for a target analyst who will be responsible for launching, optimizing and scaling advertising campaigns for client projects.

We are a digital agency that creates websites, branding and marketing for businesses. We work with projects in Ukraine and on international markets.

Work format

• Fully remote work
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Working hours: from 10:00 to 19:00 (be in touch)
• Full time

Salary

• 1st month (trial period): 12000
• from the 2nd month: 20000
• salary review every 6 months depending on the results

Responsibilities

• launching advertising campaigns on Facebook / Instagram Ads
• analyzing the results of advertising campaigns
• optimization and scaling
• working with retargeting
• forming hypotheses and testing audiences
• formation of TK for creatives
• work with a designer
• preparation of reports

Mandatory

• experience working with Meta Ads
• confident command of Excel or Google Sheets
• skill count:

• CPC

• CPM

• CTR

• CPL

• CPA

• ability to build media plans
• ability to forecast results
• analytical thinking

Will be a plus

• work experience in agencies
• experience working with various niches
• experience working with budgets from $1000/month
