Marketing agency KROT Digital Agency due to the active growth of the company is looking for a Internet Marketer - Targetologist to join the team. Working conditions:

• Work schedule: MON-FRI from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.- Remote
• Salary: rate 25,000 + %;
• Prospect of growth from UAH 35 - 40,000

Requirements:

• Own Facebook and Google ADS (junior level middle)
• Preparation and setup of Facebook and Google ADS advertising campaigns from scratch
• Experience in Google Sheets, Documents, Excel.

Ability to launch advertising campaigns in FB yourself on:

• lead generation, website conversions (be able to set up conversions and goals on the website yourself) correspondence (messages / direct mail) sales campaigns, traffic and reach (knows how to advertise to new subscribers for Instagram)
• Experience in running 5+ projects at the same time
• Can guide a client who needs to create and configure a BM from scratch and give us full access.
• Experience of working in Google Analytics 4 - setting up and analyzing data.
• Have developed communication skills (communicate with clients in Ukrainian and Russian)
• Experience of starting a project from "scratch" think of a plan and strategy that will turn your work into a successful case.
• Able to independently create advertising creatives and write TORs for designers
• Constantly analyze PR, change texts and banners to optimize the number and value of leads
• Understanding marketing metrics: CPM, CPC, CPL, LTV, CAC.
• Daily meetings on zoom with the team
• Working with the time tracker - 8 hour work day.
