•    Experience in setting up ads in Facebook Ads at an advanced level.

    •    Ability to deeply analyze target audience, form offers and understand what creatives work.

    •    Practical experience working with conversion goals.

    •    Analytical thinking: ability to evaluate advertising results and adjust strategy.

Creativity, literacy and attention to detail. Maximum involvement in projects and understanding of marketing processes. The ability to work effectively in a team.

    •    Willingness to develop, to find solutions in non-standard situations.

It will be an advantage:

    •    Experience with educational projects or services.

What you will need to do:

    •  Preparatory stage: audit, analysis, development of strategy, hypotheses and action plan.

    •    Compilation of quality TOR for designers.

    •    Writing advertisements and offers.

•    Launch of advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads, their monitoring and adjustment.

    •    Constant analysis of results and optimization advertising campaigns.

    •    Regular reporting (daily/weekly) on advertising expenses.

    •    Weekly planners in Zoom with the team.

  • Planning and testing of new hypotheses.
