Targetologist at the NGO "Internews-Ukraine" in Internyuz-Ukrayina, GO

WHAT SHOULD BE DONE:

• Develop advertising campaign strategies within the Organization's projects in Meta, YouTube, X, LinkedIn and Google Ads .
• Participate in the preparation of advertising campaign budgets for current and future projects of the Organization.
• Configure, manage and optimize advertising campaigns on the pages of the Organization and its partners.
• Create advertising creatives with a team of copywriters and designers.
• Conduct training sessions, trainings and webinars on social media and Google promotion as needed.

WE EXPECT WHAT YOU:

• Have a higher education and relevant work experience of at least 2 years.
• Works well with advertising offices and analytical tools of social networks and Google.< /li>
• Able to process large amounts of information.
• Have excellent analytical, communicative and creative skills.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English at Upper-Intermediate level and above.< /li>
• You meet deadlines and enjoy working in a team.
