Kukurudza Agency is looking for a full-time target analyst!

This is not a project-based job. We are looking for a person who is ready to focus on long-term cooperation and develop together with the team.

We want to find a person who:

• comfortable working in the structure of the agency;
• loves numbers, analytics and systematics;
• ready for full-time workload and various niches.

Responsibilities:

Effective targeting advertising in Meta (Facebook / Instagram) for:

Targetologist must be ready to lead 5-6+ active projects.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Experience of working with Meta Ads 1-1.5 years;
• Experience of working with budgets from $1000/month or $30+/day;
• Experience of managing 20-30 projects in total;
• 5-10 confirmed cases (priority — performance):
  • sales of goods or services;
  • ROAS, CPL, CPA, sales price;
  • understanding of unit economics.
• 1-2 cases of attracting followers on Instagram with clear metrics (CPC, CPA, page conversion);
• Skills to install and work with Meta Pixel;
• Ability to build an advertising strategy and argue your hypotheses with numbers.

Experience with e-commerce; who is:

• scrupulous and responsible;
• sticks to agreements;
• loves structure, data and numbers;
• gets excitement from advertising results;
• attention to details (error-free texts, clear messages, logical materials).

Working conditions

• Type of employment: Full-time
• Schedule: 10:00—19:00 (flexible)
• Format: Remote

Payment:

• $600 rate for the first 2 months;
• From the 3rd month — $150-180 per project (depending on complexity and KPI);
• Minimum 5 projects (possibility of growth to 7-8);
• Bonus for execution of plans;
• Real PW at full download: $750-1200+.
