Targetologist at the agency in PR+

The PR+GROUP team is looking for the perfect employee for their partner and friend - a digital agency specializing in marketing for developers.

We arelooking for a fearless targetologist ambitious challenges, loves results and wants to grow professionally and develop together with the team.

About the company:

• 8 years on the market;
• 50 active projects, but it is planned to employ 100+ by the end of the year;
• Generation of 6,000+ leads per monthfor primary real estate;
• Cooperation with clients from different countries (Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia and UAE);
• Emphasis on quality and LTV.

Who we are looking for:

• A candidate with 1 year of active work experience at Meta Ads.
• A person who can show 2-3 successful cases and confirm their results.
• A specialist who wants to develop in the real estate niche and work in a team where structure and results are valued.

Main duties:

• Strategy for the launch of advertising campaigns.
• Setting clear TORs for creatives (messages, formats, hypotheses).
• Setting up advertising campaigns in Meta Ads.
• Control, optimization and scaling of RK.
• Analysis of results and preparation of an improvement plan efficiency.
• Implementation of new hypotheses and an improvement plan.

Support and development:

• We have a clear onboarding system on a convenient platform - quick entry into the processes.
• Constant support of the team target specialists (help with complex tasks and training).
• Detailed regulations and knowledge base - answers to most questions are already documented.
• Transparent and clear growth system: from junior to senior target specialist in the real estate niche.

Important:

• In our company, the targetologist does not communicate with clients (this is done by the project manager); lead transfer and integration (there is a separate integrator).

We offer:

• Competitive salary. We work on a transparent and predictable payment system, where income directly depends on your qualifications and the number of projects. From 25,000 UAH. from the first month and modesire to go to 40,000+ UAH.
• Full-time, completely remote format.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00-19:00.
