Requirements for our target specialist Experience in creating and running Google Ads and Facebook Ads advertising campaigns. Confident knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics: setting goals, conversions, analysis of advertising effectiveness and quality traffic. Finding and sorting the target audience by segments. Understanding which creatives work and why they are effective in Google and Meta (Facebook). Project management skills and the ability to work in a team. Your job duties Creating advertising campaigns in Google and Meta (search campaigns, remarketing). Basic setting of Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics. Search, collection (parsing) and study of the target audience, segmentation, creation and optimization of audiences for advertising. Monitoring and correction of the main indicators of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns - CPA. Analysis, optimization and scaling of advertising campaigns, conducting experiments and a/b tests. Creating reports and analyzing the effectiveness of channels. Conditions: Format: hybrid (long-distance + office). Salary: base rate 20,000 UAH. After the trial period, a salary increase is possible according to the candidate's hard skills.
