You are the ideal candidate if:

• You have 3 years of work experience as a targetologist.
• You have a deep understanding of working with social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• You have a deep understanding of working with contextual advertising tools in Google
• li>
• Have experience in audience analysis and market research methods.
• Have strong copywriting skills to create persuasive ad texts.
• Know programs for creating advertising creatives (for example, Adobe Creative Suite ).
• You have experience in setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns in social networks.
• You have worked with the European market.
• Your English is at the B2+ level.
   

Main tasks:

• Configuration, analysis and optimization of contextual advertising in Google.
• Setup and optimization of 20+ advertising campaigns in social networks.
• Definition and segmentation of the target audience.
• Development of an advertising strategy in accordance with the company's marketing goals.
• Analysis of competitors and market research to determine effective approaches.
• Creating high-quality advertising creatives.
• Running A/B tests to determine the most effective ad formats.
• Monitoring and analyzing the results of advertising campaigns .
• Making adjustments to advertising campaigns based on analytics.
• Interacting with the marketing team to ensure alignment of all advertising activities.
• Involvement of new approaches and tools for improvement advertising results.
• Launch of targeted advertising on the European market.
• Strategy development and Tik Tok / YouTube promotion together with the marketing team.
