WHAT TASKS ARE AWAITING YOU: - Development and launch, copywriting (there is a contractor), A/B testing, demographic targeting, optimization to increase the number of leads from Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta inventory; - Budget control of all paid advertising campaigns in Meta ;- Allocate budgets appropriately to achieve campaign KPI targets such as lead rate, click-through rate and return on ad spend;- Analyze data to optimize campaigns and conduct research on Meta inventory, audience and budget opportunities to increase leads;- Collaborate with other specialists in the leadgen department, producers and stakeholders.WHAT EXPERIENCE WE NEED:- 2+ years of experience in a relevant position;- Expertise in promoting educational or informational products is an advantage;- Extensive experience in Meta Ads Manager. Experience working with other social platform ad managers is a plus;- Fresh expertise in Meta, knowledge of best practices and strong data analysis capabilities;- Experience running multiple ad campaigns simultaneously; - Ability to communicate with other divisions, contractors; - Team player, because we are highly dependent on joint cooperation and best performance.
