Netpeak agency is looking for a target analyst who will create and implement effective targeted advertising strategies for client projects. An experienced Team Lead for assistance in critical situations and strategic decision-making, SMM specialists, a designer for creating creatives, development and automation of the department will help you. The Netpeak agency has 13 specialists in the SMM department and 6 teams of 65 PPC specialists, and in total 90 PPC specialists work in the Netpeak Group of companies. We are also premium partners of Facebook, Google, Telegram and Instagram. Your skills: 1. Work experience as a targetologist or PPC specialist from 2 years: in agencies or in-house.2. Successful cases of setting up, running and optimizing advertising campaigns. 3. Ability to find growth points for the project. 4. Confident use of tools: Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Serpstat.5. Ability to create reports with GA4 at a basic level.6. Understanding trends in social. networks.7. Knowledge of Excel/Google tables. 8. The ability to express one's thoughts correctly and clearly, both orally and in writing. 9. Results orientation, proactivity, independence. Will be a plus: 1. Instagram experience with niches: beauty, grooming, food, accessories, wellness, sports, education, design. 2. Experience in the systematic promotion of real businesses with a measurable result (clear cases with numbers). What will you do: 1. Development and implementation of a targeted advertising strategy by projects: — analysis of topics and development of an action strategy — tracking of results and adjustment of the strategy to achieve KPIs by the project 2. Planning, distribution and execution of tactical tasks by the project in accordance with the strategy by directions: — attraction of new and current CA — optimization of the conversion rate 3. Finding new growth points and checking the implementation of project tasks 4. Helping the Project Manager in communicating with the client on technical issues, as well as protecting the strategy of targeted advertising for the project. 5. Informing the client about any successes and failures via PM, monthly/weekly reporting. We offer:1. Fixed rate and bonuses for project management. 2.
