We have been teaching English for 10+ years so that every Ukrainian can achieve his goal or dream — to change his life, get an offer in his dream company, move or even find his match 💚 Platform for lessons, apps, simulators — our product does not stand still, so we are looking for Senior Target Specialist who will strengthen our marketing team 🦾✌️ Your future tasks: Formulate strategy and set up advertising campaigns in Meta (mainly), TikTok; Optimize and scale RK within the framework of KPI: CPL / СAC; Analyze advertising creatives, identify successful ones and scale them; Create effective connections: product -> audience -> message, creative -> landing page; Conduct A/B tests and experiments; Set up event tracking; Understand and analyze sales funnels; Conduct competitor marketing research; Interact with product teams and offer your hypotheses/ideas. ☝️You can’t do without it: You have 2 years of experience working with targeted Meta advertising; You know how to form marketing strategies; You worked with budgets from UAH 400,000; You know how to work with Google Analytics, pixels social networks; You generate creative ideas for launching new advertising campaigns; You know how to work in a team: describe TK for IT, initiate tasks for creative/content teams; You follow trends and new advertising tools; You have analytical skills, developed critical thinking; You are confident in Google Sheets .👌 It will be a plus: You have experience working in international markets, the presence of successful cases; You speak English at the B1 level; You have experience working with Linkedin. 🤝 What we offer: S/p in the market; Full remote with an adequate schedule; Paid vacation and sick leaves; 50% discount on learning English for employees and their children; Free speaking clubs; Up to 80% payment for professional training (courses, conferences, meetups, etc.).
