2B Digital is a young, ambitious and fast-growing digital ecosystem created by arbitrators for arbitrators. We don't just run ads - we build products used by dozens of top media buying teams. Our team consists of several areas: 2B Agency Accounts, 2B Mediabuying, 2B Creo, 2B PWA.
We are currently looking for a targetologist who has deep expertise in Meta Ads and a desire to grow with us. You have to work with different projects, implement effective strategies and directly influence the result. We value professionals who are able to combine an analytical approach with creative thinking and work in a dynamic digital environment.
Main duties:
1. Analytics and strategy
Deep research of the product, market, competitors and target audience behavior;
Formation of a clear advertising strategy: goals, key metrics, channels, formats, budget;
Creation of segmentations and audience groups for different stages funnels;
Building hypotheses regarding creatives, messages, audiences and placements.
2. Launch and management of advertising campaigns
Full cycle of work with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram): launch, optimization, scaling;
Working with Telegram Ads is an advantage (ability to build test grids and predict results);
Creation of competent TOR for designers: key messages, video scripts, format requirements;
Testing of creatives, offers, audiences - with quick and systematic iterations;
Formation of a logical and effective structure of campaigns for specific business goals:
– lead generation
– collections
– traffic
– sales/payments
– warming up and signing up remarketing
3. Optimization and work with analytics
Daily monitoring of key indicators (CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.);
Optimization of campaigns to reduce costs and increase performance;
Finding "bottlenecks" in the funnel and proposing solutions for them elimination;
Maintenance and control of advertising budgets, adjustments as needed;
Preparation of clear and structured reports with conclusions and recommendations.
4. Interaction with the team and processes
Communication with managers regarding tasks, priorities and expectations;
Coordinating budgets, deadlines, creatives and key decisions;
Adherence to KPIs and clear implementation of set goals;
Proactivity in proposals for scaling and improving results.
Understanding the principles of targeting and advertising;
High responsibility for deadlines and quality execution.
