campaigns:work with key platforms — Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube).
What we expect from the candidate:
• Experience of 1-2 years in setting up and running advertising campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads. An additional plus will be experience with Reddit Ads.
• Practical cases: successful experience with performance marketing, where the goal was leads, sales and payback.
• Analytical thinking: ability to work with Google Analytics 4 and Pixel (setting up events and conversions, ability to draw conclusions based on data and make decisions).
• Understanding the funnel: the ability to see the big picture - from the first click to the sale - and understanding how each stage can be optimized.
• Proactivity and independence: we are looking for a person who will not wait for tasks, but will propose ideas and hypotheses for growth.
• Team player: close cooperation with the designer, content manager and head of digital.
• The ability to give a clear technical task and communicate effectively is a must.
Knowledge of the English language (at least B1),
