SKINZ is a Ukrainian conceptual brand of designer clothes, which combines elements for evening events, as well as for outdoor recreation. The brand was founded in 2021 in Kharkiv, Ukraine, under the creative direction of Natalia Khomenko. The philosophy of the brand is to reflect the inner world of every girl. SKINZ clothing tells a story about sexuality, inner energy, confidence and individuality.

Your mission, if you accept it:

• Develop and run advertising campaigns.

• Analyze and optimize existing campaigns so that they bring maximum results.

• Create strategic targeting plans that will increase reach and conversions.

• Work with creative materials: display, video, text ads.

• Conduct A/B testing and find perfect solutions.

• Constantly monitor campaign results and provide clear reports.

Your profile:

• You have at least 3 years of experience working with Instagram Ads in the fashion field.

• You are the guru of creating successful advertising strategies.

• You deeply understand the algorithms and functionality of Instagram Ads.

• Able to use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and others.

• You have experience working with various advertising formats (carousels, stories, videos, etc.).

• Able to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Able to create impressive and effective advertising creatives.

• Attentive to details, responsible and proactive.

• Able to multitask and communicate effectively with a team.
