• You have 3 years of experience as a targetologist .

• Have a deep understanding of working with social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

• Have experience in market research .

• Have strong copywriting skills to create compelling ad copy.

• Do you know programs for creating advertising creatives (for example, Adobe Creative Suite).

• You have experience in setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns in social networks.

• You worked with the European market.

• Your English is at the B2+ level.

Main tasks:

• Configuration, analysis and optimization of contextual advertising in Google.

• Setting up and optimizing 15 advertising campaigns in social networks.

• Definition and segmentation of the target audience.

• Advertising strategy development in accordance with the company's marketing goals.

• Competitor analysis and market research to determine effective approaches.

• Creation of high-quality advertising creatives.

• Running A/B tests to determine the most effective ad formats.

• Monitoring and analysis of advertising campaign results.

• Making adjustments to advertising campaigns based on analytical data.

• Interaction with marketing team to ensure consistency of all promotional activities.

• Involving new approaches and tools to improve advertising results.

• The launch of targeted advertising on the European market.

• Strategy development and promotion of Tik Tok / YouTube together with the marketing team.
