Kharkiv regional youth public organization "EDUCATED INITIATIVE" Youth NGO helping Ukrainian families survive the war 8th year, implements educational projects for youth, vulnerable social groups and provides humanitarian aid to Ukrainians on the frontline. In 2023, we became an accredited partner of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs. We have a wide presence in various regions of Ukraine: Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Chernivtsi, Ternopil and others . We are looking for a qualified targetologist to join our team to promote socially useful projects for youth and Ukrainian society.

Responsibilities:

• Development and execution of communication strategies, management of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram).
• Audience analysis, development and optimization of targeting strategies for advertising campaigns.
• Preparation of reports on the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaboration with the media department to develop content plans.
• Writing and control of the execution of contentplans for projects.
• Preparation of technical tasks for the creation of visual materials.
• Management of the media team.
• Creation of visual advertising materials as needed.
• li>Cooperation with communication specialists of donors and partners.
• Daily monitoring of tasks and entering indicators into CRM.
• Organization of photo and video shoots, creation of presentations.
• Ensuring information security and privacy of project participants.
• Adherence to the policies of HOMGO "EDUCATED INITIATIVE" and international donors.

Requirements:

• Successful projects in SMM /communications/PR (mandatory portfolio).
• Fluency in Ukrainian, high level of English.
• Ability to determine optimal communication channels.
• Writing experience various texts.
• Skills for working with Canva, Figma and other visual content creation tools.
• Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Experience of working with CRM systems (Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Experience of working with public organizations and humanitarian projects will be an advantage.
• Experience of leading media teams.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of social media trends.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Flexibility, ability to organize work and meet deadlines.
