Targetologist in Galaktica

We are a Ukrainian product IT company Galaktica, which creates and promotes its own online projects in the most solvent markets of the world. Our company, like the main product, has been around for 4 years. Our products are successful, enabling us to grow and develop our employees, scale and invest in new internal startups. In this regard, the company's structure includes a marketing agency, which we are actively expanding and looking for a Targetologist to join the team of professionals!

Currently, we are on the way to creating an IT holding and developing a new startup in an interesting niche using artificial intelligence, which we will scale globally.

Within the framework of work on the project, your tasks will be:

• Conduct an audit of the advertising cabinet and brief the client regarding the goals of targeted advertising campaigns, product features, etc.;
< li>Generate working strategies for the promotion of the client's product, its UTP and offers, develop a media plan and set clear goals and KPIs that must be achieved; 
• Form TK for creatives that will correspond to the general promotion strategy;
• Set up advertising cabinets and launch advertising campaigns according to the strategy, conduct constant analysis and optimization of advertising campaigns within the framework of monitoring the achievement of set goals and KPI ;
• Participate in project team calls, develop reports on work results and present them to clients; 

By what criteria do you fit us:

• You have work experience from 2 years with Facebook ADS;
• Worked with e-commerce and have many cases of your own;
• Able to analyze UTP and various business models, deeply understand the principles of Digital Marketing ;
• You know how to set up services: Facebook ads, Api conversion.
• You have the skills of forming a Digital marketing strategy, decomposing tasks, implementing a sales funnel and communicating effectively with the team and the client.

• You can track the results of advertising campaigns and make timely adjustments;

     It will be a big plus if you:

• You have experience working in digital marketing agencies;
• You speak English at the level B2+;
• Worked with services: GTM, GA, ApixDrive, Looker studio, Tik-Tok ADS.
