We are currently looking for a Target Manager, who will help scale digital communications, launch effective advertising campaigns and attract new customers through social networks.
Main responsibilities:
- Launch, setup and optimization of advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads (depending on the needs of the company).
- Segmentation and targeting of audiences: interests, behavior, look-alike, remarketing.
- Planning advertising budgets and monitoring the effectiveness of their use.
- Testing different options creatives, ad formats and texts.
- Cooperation with the designer and copywriter on creating effective creatives.
- Analysis of the results of advertising campaigns (CTR, CPM, CPC, CPL, ROAS).
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
- Tracking trends in social networks and implementation of new tools.
Requirements: - 1.5-2+ years of experience working with targeted advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Practical skills in working with Ads Manager, Business Manager.
- Understanding digital marketing funnels (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU).
- Knowledge of remarketing principles and look-alike construction audiences.
- Experience with pixels, events and conversions (Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, GA4).
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Important: experience with lead generation.
- English - from Intermediate (for working with foreign materials and cases).
