We are looking for a strong Graphic Designer to join our team to work on Brand Identity and graphic elements for companies and brands from the USA. Most of our clients develop digital products or want to improve their presence on digital platforms. Therefore, in most cases, we focus on digital-first branding, thinking primarily about how the brand will appear in the digital world (on websites, social media platforms, etc.).

Who are we looking for:

- You are excellent in composition and typography.

- You have a good experience in creating Brand Identity and are ready to showcase your best cases.

- You know how to better present their work and can create showreels and promo videos in collaboration with motion designers.

- We are looking for a person who closely collaborates with our UI/UX designers to implement brand identity on websites and other digital platforms.

- You are able to think strategically and ask the right questions.

- You can easily present your ideas in English.

- You can conduct design workshops with clients.

- You don't need micromanagement. You will have a goal and the team's support. (We will always share everything we know and help you.) But you can decide how to achieve that goal. You don't need 100 detailed tasks; you can set them yourself and understand what needs to be done.

- You want to be a part of the team. It's important to us that our team members help each other and grow together.

- You can present and justify your decisions.

- You understand that feedback is a path to improvement. You know how to give and receive it.

- We need someone who cares about the results, just like us.

Recently, we created brand identity for one of the biggest festivals in Washington DC, a world culture festival.
