We invite a  Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you will:

• Actively searching for qualified candidates according to business requirements using all possible channels
• Keeping track of the progress of the recruitment pipeline
• Conducting online pre-screens when required
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, and keep in touch with potential candidates
• Being able to represent our company and negotiate the terms of cooperation
• Execute various market analysis reviews
• Keep track of ATS filling quality

Skills and experience you will need:  

• Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer, or similar role at least 1 year
• Excellent communication skills in English — at least upper-intermediate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

Will be a plus:

• Experience in sourcing beyond the local market
• Understanding of various types of companies and how they operate
