Talent Sourcer with growth in recruiting in Ukad-Group

We are currently looking for a Talent Sourcer who wants to grow in the field of recruiting and eventually take on the full cycle of closing vacancies. If you like to find the best candidates, analyze the market and interact with the team - this opportunity is for you!

What will you need to do?

• Search for candidates through available resources
• Communicate with potential candidates
• Analyze the market, look for new effective approaches to sourcing
• Work together with the recruiter, helping to close technical (about 90%) and non-technical positions
• Gradually develop your skills in recruiting - conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates, conduct vacancies independently

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in sourcing from 6 months (or a very strong desire learn)
• Ability to use Boolean Search, X-Ray, LinkedIn and other search tools
• English at B1+ level (correspondence and communication with candidates)
• Community and love for people
• Attention to details and the ability to verify information
• Responsible attitude to work performance tasks
• The desire to develop and grow in recruiting.

It will be a plus:

• experience with ATS
