We are looking for a Sorcerer who will not only find candidates, but also build long-term relationships with them .

Our expectations;
- Work experience as a sourcer from 1 year. 
- Experience in sourcing IT positions
- Skills in working with boolean and x-ray queries. 
- Knowledge of the main professional networks. 
- Sourcing experience in non-standard sources. 
- Experience working on complex requests. - Analytical skills. hiring manager and recruiter.
- Data collection and market analysis of candidates and companies. 
- Filling out (partial) employment card.
- Creation of job description.
- Publication and control of job placement on various job portals and additional sources of attracting candidates. 
- Cold candidate search. 
- Communication with candidates regarding clarifying questions, answering the candidate's clarifying questions.
- Scheduling an interview between the candidate and the recruiter.
- Conducting CRM. 

It will be a plus; 
- Experience with candidate search automation. 
- Experience with ATS.
