What will you do: search for candidates using various methods, from boolean/x-ray search to parsing candidates from GitHub; to build close cooperation between recruiters and Hiring Managers to implement a comprehensive candidate search strategy; create and maintain a pool of qualified candidates, as well as develop a personnel reserve to cover future hiring needs; manage hiring metrics and report on progress; constantly improve sourcing processes and tools to achieve optimal results; improve the candidate experience. What is required to join today: at least 1 year of experience in sourcing/recruitment or a theoretical base and a desire to develop in this direction; the ability to quickly find relevant candidate profiles and conduct quality research; analytical thinking and the desire to work as an analyst with reports; copywriting skills to write letters to candidates so that they never go unanswered; self-organization and the ability to set priorities; the ability to clearly communicate one's opinion and communicate with stakeholders; creative and result-oriented approach.
