What is needed to join us: at least 1 year of experience in sourcing/recruitment or a theoretical base and a desire to develop in this direction; the ability to quickly find relevant candidate profiles and conduct a high-quality research; analytical thinking and the desire to work as an analyst with reports; copywriting skills to write letters to candidates so that they are never left unanswered; self-organization and the ability to set priorities; the ability to clearly convey your opinion and communicate effectively with stakeholders; a creative and result-oriented approach.
