We are looking for a Middle Talent Sourcer/Researcher to strengthen our team and help attract top talent to Softsich
What you will do:
You will actively search for candidates in the fields of Retention and Operations (VIP Account Managers, CRM, Customer Support, Sales, PSP, Anti-Fraud, etc.) through LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou and other platforms - with Boolean queries and creativity, of course
You will process incoming feedback and maintain live and adequate communication with candidates.
You will form high-quality short-lists in the role of Retention & Operations.
You will launch initial outreach: LinkedIn campaigns, email, messengers and other channels.
You will work closely with recruiters: together you will think about the sourcing strategy, candidate profiles and priorities.
You will maintain order in the candidate database and work in ATS PeopleForce.
You will share results: reports, candidate statuses and overall sourcing efficiency.
Who we are looking for:
You have 1.5-3 years of experience in sourcing or 1-1.5 years in recruiting (cool if it is Retention / Operations or product companies).
You know and love active sourcing on LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou and similar platforms.
You are familiar with Boolean and X-ray search and know how to filter candidates effectively.
I have worked with the roles of VIP, CRM, Retention, Support, Sales, PSP, Anti-Fraud, KYC (one or more directions).
You have experience working with ATS (ideally PeopleForce).
You are not afraid of the first contact: LinkedIn, email, messengers - ok.
English - at the level of comfortable working communication (mainly written)
