We are currently looking for a Talent Sourcer / Recruiter to help us grow the team - attract talented people, maintain a strong culture and create change with us.
Who we are looking for:
- from 2 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing (IT / public / education sector).
- The desire to see not only the "closed position", but the development of people and teams.
- Willingness to work at a fast pace and with different types of roles technical.
What you will do:
- The full cycle of recruiting — from writing vacancies and sourcing to conducting interviews and supporting the offer.
- Recruiting vacancies: project managers, coordinators, designers, communications specialists (from Junior to Senior-level specialists)
- Support of hiring managers: formation of a candidate profile, planning of the hiring process, feedback.
- Development of the employer brand through communication with candidates, social networks and events.
- Cooperation with the HR team on onboarding and attracting newcomers.
- Analytics of recruiting processes: updating the candidate database, status tracking, funnel optimization.
