Please specify your location when sending CV. Responsibilities: Collaborate with recruiters tounderstand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Utilize various sourcing methods toidentify potential candidates, including online sourcing, networking, and social media. Build and maintain apipeline ofqualified candidates for current and future job openings. Conduct initial phone screenings only with Call Center candidates inthe beginning, toassess candidate qualifications and interest inavailable positions. Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Ensure apositive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated onindustry trends and best practices inrecruitment. Requirements: Proven experience asaTalent Sourcer/Junior Recruiter (0.6years+). General knowledge ofIT market and roles (all: technical, business, administrative ones). Knowledge ofsearching tools (LinkedIn, job boards, proffessional communities, etc). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability towork independently and aspart ofateam. Ability tocreate professional job descriptions and selling outreaches for candidates. Good command ofEnglish would beastrong advantage. Weprovide: Remote work oroffice-based flexibility (Cyprus, Portugal, orPoland). Health insurance coverage. Paid vacations (20working days per year).
