Requirements: • 1+year experience inaSourcer/Junior Recruiter position intheIT field; • Experience sourcing candidates for both technical and non-technical positions; • Proficiency inusing Djinni/LinkedIn for candidate sourcing isamust; • Ability towork with various job-search platforms; • Intermediate toAdvanced proficiency inEnglish; • Excellent communication and time-management skills; • Being result-driven and flexible; • Desire toprofessionally grow toaJunior Recruiter position. Would beaplus: • Headhunting experience.
