We are looking for a  Talent Sourcer for mentoring program (part-time involvement — 20 hours per week).

This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career, with potential for growth in recruitment.

If you:

• Computer proficiency experienced user of Internet, Google sheets/tables, social networks, especially Linkedin etc.;
• Has intermediate strong level of English or higher;
• Be organised, attentive, responsible and proactive;
• Has basic knowledge and understanding of the IT terminology
• Strong attention to details and ability to learn quickly
  

Would be a plus to have experience with:

• Linkedin ;
• Understanding of different sourcing methods (X-ray, Boolean, etc.)
• Finished Recruitment/Sourcing courses

Your day-to-day activities:

• Building talent pipelines
• Make market analyses and reviews
• Maintaining internal database
• Candidates searching for open positions using different channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks
• Cooperate with Mentor and Talent Sourcing Lead
• Fill out short reports on the work done
