You will coordinate all sourcing activities, collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers toidentify and engage exceptional candidates. Requirements: 6+months ofexperience asaTalent Sourcer orRecruiter. Fluency inEnglish. Proficiency inusing search tools and technologies, including browser plugins and automation programs. Up-to-date knowledge ofsourcing trends and techniques, with awillingness toexplore new tools and life hacks. Ability totailor communication strategies todifferent candidates and understand their unique advantages. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Lever. Strong analytical skills and adesire todeepen knowledge inanalytics. Self-organized with the ability tomanage vacancies across various domains while effectively communicating with recruiters and hiring managers. Nice tohave: Knowledge ofany second foreign language(Spanish, Italian, French, German, Polish etc.) Responsibilities: Conduct sourcing activities tofill candidate pipelines. Utilize various sourcing methods, including Boolean search, Github, Linkedin Recruiter, social networks, and alternative sources. Develop and implement sourcing strategies inalignment with the company’s talent attraction strategy. Track and analyze candidate metrics, including passive candidate engagement and interview conversions. Build and maintain apool ofcandidates for current and future hiring needs.
