Talent Sourcer (Global Recruitment) in Ajax Systems

As a Talent Sourcer at Ajax Systems, you will play a pivotal role in our team, responsible for attracting top talent to contribute to our continued success. You will coordinate all sourcing activities, collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage exceptional candidates.

Requirements:

• 6+ months of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in using search tools and technologies, including browser plugins and automation programs.
• Up-to-date knowledge of sourcing trends and techniques, with a willingness to explore new tools and life hacks.
• Ability to tailor communication strategies to different candidates and understand their unique advantages.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Lever.
• Strong analytical skills and a desire to deepen knowledge in analytics.
• Self-organized with the ability to manage vacancies across various domains while effectively communicating with recruiters and hiring managers.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of any second foreign language(Spanish, Italian, French, German, Polish etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sourcing activities to fill candidate pipelines.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including Boolean search, Github, Linkedin Recruiter, social networks, and alternative sources.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies in alignment with the company’s talent attraction strategy.
• Track and analyze candidate metrics, including passive candidate engagement and interview conversions.
• Build and maintain a pool of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
