We are Ukrainian product IT company Galaktica , which creates and promotes its own online projects in the most solvent markets of the world: USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, EU. We have been on the market since 2019, and during this time we managed to create several successful products and grow to 152 employees.

The active phase of the company's growth continues, because we are not only scaling up our main projects, but also creating new internal startups, investing in external ones, and working on charity projects. For this reason, decided to strengthen our team with a new Talent Sourcer who will work with both IT and non-IT vacancies.

In total, our team already has 11 people - 7 recruiters, 1 sourcer, 2 HR. And also the head of the department, to whom you can always turn for advice, discuss ideas, and get feedback. This position will be an excellent opportunity for you to demonstrate your expertise and realize your ambitions!

What skills and criteria are important to us now:

• You have successful experience in the position of Talent Sourcer in an IT company from 1 year;
• You know how to build a sourcing strategy and funnels of potential candidates for future vacancies in the company;
• You have a promoted linkedin profile and skillfully find the necessary specialists there;
• You know how to find relevant candidates not only on LinkedIn and job sites, but also on external resources;
• You have your list of sourcing tools, thanks to which you achieve results at work;
• You can find contacts of any person anywhere;
• You work with objections and are able to convince a person to respond exactly to your offer;
• Have good analytical skills and use them at work.

What results we expect from you:

• Your main responsibility will be to find and transfer relevant candidates to the recruiter using all possible resources for this (paid by the company, free);
• Together with the team leader, you will build a funnel of potential candidates for priority vacancies, which we will launch in 1-3 months;
• At the request of our managers, you will find cool specialists for consultations or project work.
