Your duties: • active participation in the closing of vacancies from the request for selection to the exit of a specialist for the project; • work with social. networks and specialized forums, telegram channels;• conducting screening interviews with candidates;• building strong working relationships with candidates, maintaining contact with potential candidates;• conducting reports and analytics on work processes. Expectations from you:• from 0, 5 years of experience in a similar position;• Know the field of marketing, ideally experience with arbitration vacancies• ability to work on objections of candidates;• build communication with candidates, maintain contact with potential candidates;• use of various sources/tools for finding candidates, including including non-standard ones; • English is not lower than pre-intermediate. It will be a plus: • the ability to work with a high workload, from 4 vacancies at work; • understanding of hunting techniques; • availability of a candidate database.
