The name of our team is Local Business Unit, that is, we search the Ukrainian market and work with business vacancies. Currently, our team has 4 recruiters and 1 lead. Everything will happen if you are:- Ready to work from the office for a full working week (Kyiv).- You have at least six months of experience working in the Recruitment Team.- You consider this field as your main vocation, and not just as a starting point for a career in recruiting.- You are familiar with search tools and technologies, including browser plugins, programs for automating processes/data analysis. - You follow the trends in the world of sourcing, ready to experiment with new approaches and tools. - You understand the strengths of the vacancies you work with and successfully present them to candidates . You are not afraid of rejections and know how to work with objections. - You use creativity in search methods and writing texts. - Interested in working with vacancies from such departments as: People Management, Customer Success, Business Excellence, Business Development, Legal, Finance, Marketing. It will be a plus: - Experience with ATS (we use Lever). What will need to be done? - Searching and filling the database with potential candidates. This is a key task that requires the ability to effectively use different methods and resources to find talented specialists. - Development and implementation of sourcing strategies together with the recruiting team. This includes planning and executing various sourcing approaches that align with the company's talent acquisition strategy.- Analyzing and reporting on sourcing results. It is necessary to monitor the effectiveness of various search channels, the reaction of candidates to communication, as well as the number and quality of candidates who get to the interview. - Creation and maintenance of the pool of candidates. In addition to finding candidates for current vacancies, it is important to create a stock of specialists who may be needed in the future.
