We are looking for a person in our team who wants to dive into the world of recruiting and is ready to learn and develop to the position of Talent Sourcer. Necessary skills and competencies: Well-developed communication and networking skills (experience in areas with a high level of communication will be a plus); Proactivity and orientation to result; Knowledge of English above the Upper-Intermediate level; Understanding of how to work with employment resources and knowledge of basic candidate search tools; 1 year of work experience in a similar position. Tasks that will need to be performed: Search for candidates using various sources (LinkedIn, Github , Behance, job portals, etc.); Conducting dialogues with candidates, selecting relevant CVs and organizing the first call; Keeping documentation and working with the CRM system.
