Their recruiting team is currently expanding, so we are looking for a Talent Sourcer for them.
What experience and skills are important?
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer/Researcher
- Experience in sourcing technical, non-technical, C-level roles of varying complexity
- The ability to competently build a sourcing strategy and look for specialists with the help of boolean search not only in LinkedIn, but also outside of it
What skills are important to have?
- Analytical thinking - love numbers, understand how data helps in hiring and be able to analyze your work
- Willingness to experiment and explore new things - learn new technologies, specifics product creation, new search channels
- Collaboration orientation - communicate effectively, both within the recruiting team and with hiring managers
Your future responsibilities < /b>
- Together with the recruiter, build a strategy for finding specialists in administrative, sales, R&D, security and other teams
- Proactively search for and expand the pipeline of potential candidates through various channels li>
- Contact candidates regarding open positions in the company
- Conduct research and collect analytics on labor market trends, salary expectations of candidates
