Your tasks will be: Search for specialists in tech and non-tech areas, from Junior to C-level of the market level of Ukraine and the world; Use various sourcing tools and platforms to find the best talent; Form effective search strategies together with the recruiter and the hiring manager; Analyze the market and replenish the base of donor companies in various niches; Conduct ATS for correct analytics; Participate in the creation of a positive Candidate Journey Map. What is important to us: 1.5+ years of experience in the searcher position; Experience working with tech tanon — tech (digital marketing/analytics) vacancies; Candidate search using various methods, starting with Boolean Search, X-Ray search in LN/ Google, ending with social networks and even OSINT methods; Strong copywriting skills to create personalized letters to candidates; Understanding the specialties and methodologies of software development; Experience with candidate databases (ATS) and candidate management systems (CMS); Excellent communication skills; Time management skills with the ability to work on several open positions at the same time.
