Ability to work with a large amount of information and structure it correctly.Excellent communication skills, flexibility, proactivity and involvement in work are the most important soft skills!Your tasks:
- Active search for candidates using all available tools, including non-standard channels (communities, Telegram/Discord, profile groups, forums, etc.).
- Formation and regular updating of the contact database of potential candidates, including personnel reserve.
- Market analysis: compensation level, candidate activity, current trends.
- Cooperation with recruiters and Hiring Managers to clarify the profile.
- Checking candidate profiles for compliance with the job requirements.
- Initiating the first contact with candidates (letter, message, call).
- Transferring interested candidates to the recruiter.
Will be a plus:
- Large database of contacts on LinkedIn;
- English level - from B2.
