Requirements:
- 1 year of sourcing experience (in IT, digital or related niches).
- Boolean search, X-Ray, sourcing strategy skills.
- Experience in finding candidates on LinkedIn / Djinni and other resources.
- Experience in conducting screening interview.
- A confident level of written Ukrainian and basic English (from B1).
- Attention to details, ability to work with a large amount of information.
- Self-organization, initiative.
- Experience of working with ATS.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in iGaming / SEO / affiliate-direction.
- Practical experience in using AI tools for recruitment (search, analytics, communication).
Your tasks:
Development and implementation of a multi-channel strategy search using a data-driven approach;
Ensure a flow of relevant candidates for tech/non-tech roles and build a talent pool in business-critical areas;Monitoring salary ranges, competitor activity and trends in the field of IT talent.Automation
- Maintaining an up-to-date database in the ATS system, updating statuses, ensuring process transparency;
- Using tools (AI, chatbots, scripts, browser extensions, ATS automation) to increase search speed and reduce manual work.
Evaluation & Candidate Experience
- Preliminary screening of resumes, checking of basic hard/soft skills according to the job profile;
- Creation of personalized messages and communication with potential candidates tone of voice and long-term partnerships.
HR Brand
- Build and maintain the employer brand through personalized communication with candidates and timely feedback;
- Actively participate in additional projects of the HR department to develop joint initiatives and strengthen results.
