Your work tasks:

• Planning and implementation of candidate search strategy

• Working with ATS/CRM and existing candidate database

• Attracting new candidates through various platforms and social networks

• Vacancy promotionand through professional communities, social networks, etc.

• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Pre-screening for administrative positions

• Work with sourcing reporting.

For successful work you you will need:

• Experience of Researcher/Sourcer from 1 year

• Knowledge of search tools (boolean search, LinkedIn, social networks) and non-standard tools

• English at level B1 and above

• Ability to analyze and structure a large amount of information

• Proactiveness, openness to new things and focus on results
