- Selection of candidates for further consideration.
- First contact with candidates:
- Sending messages and conducting initial phone/video interviews.
- Employer brand support:
- Promoting a positive company image and increasing brand recognition.
- Analytics and reporting:
- Reporting and analysis of the effectiveness of candidate search methods.
