Currently, the workload is up to 5 vacancies of various levels of complexity. Cooperation with several recruiters. You are suitable for us if: — you have advanced sourcing skills from the 1st year and are able to quickly find relevant profiles of candidates for affiliate positions (Media Buyer, PPC-specialist, Farmer, etc.); — you have different approaches to searching for candidates and use new tools; - you will have analytical thinking and you like to work with tables and reports; —your copywriting skills can attract the attention of even the most demanding candidates; — you know how to set priorities, you work efficiently both independently and in a team; —creative and result-oriented; English is no lower than pre-intermediate. What does a Talent Researcher in our team do: —establishing close cooperation between recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop a comprehensive candidate search strategy; —active search for candidates using various methods, including boolean/x-ray search, Linkedin etc.; — creation, support and updating of the database of candidates in the Hurma system; —constant improvement of search processes and tools to achieve optimal results. p.s. The following will be a plus: —experience in searching and closing IT positions; — working experience with Hurma; - you are in Warsaw.
