Currently, weare looking for anexperienced Talent Researcher , who will work closely with our portfolio companies tohire the best talents for their team. What you willdo: create and execute various talent attraction and sourcing strategies tosupport the talent acquisition team; build diverse talent pipelines through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms; leverage the CRM/talent pools toengage with passive talent and convert them into candidates; suggest improvements and add value tothe talent acquisition process atall stages; prepare analytics for weekly status meetings with the hiring manager; prepare market research. About you: previous experience inactive candidate search, ideally gained within aproduct company, recruitment agency orRPO environment, atleast 1year; practical knowledge ofactive sourcing tools and techniques, experience finding candidates directly using avariety ofdifferent sources; understanding ofdifferent types ofcompanies, and how they operate; experience inrecruiting non-tech positions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, etc); excellent communication skills inEnglish— B2; What weoffer: opportunities for growth both horizontally and vertically, aswell asunlimited resources for development; ability towork with the most dynamic products inthe international IT— market; comfortable office 5minutes from Taras Shevchenko metro station with terrace, lounge areas, kitchen, and PlayStation; breakfasts, lunches, unlimited fruits, snacks, smoothies, and yogurts inthe office; corporate doctor and health insurance; free training inrunning, football, basketball, volleyball, and yoga; compensation for additional training atexternal pieces oftraining and seminars and Business and Management School for employees.
