What we expect from you:

• 1+ year of proven work experience in the field talent search and the desire to develop;
• Knowledge of candidate search tools (such as LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, etc.);
• English - Intermediate (the level should be sufficient to competently create and read resumes in English and search generation);
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of candidate tracking systems (ATS) would be an advantage.

Main responsibilities:

• cooperation with the Talent Acquisition Manager;
• adherence to the developed strategies for finding potential candidates;
• establishing the first contact with potential candidates, scheduling meetings;
• li>cooperation with the team to understand the requirements and implement candidate search strategies;
• search for new sources of attracting candidates;
• keeping records of potential candidates and maintaining regular communication in ATS;
• work with analytics (funnel, probability, hypotheses).
