Job Title: Talent Research Analyst

Location: Kyiv or remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze target markets for candidate sourcing.
• Utilize various tools to source and assess candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, etc.).
• Maintain a database of potential candidates.
• Develop  and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial screening of candidates 
• Prepare analytical reports on sourcing / recruiting effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sourcing/ recruitment minimum 2 years.
• Knowledge of modern sourcing tools and methods.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large volumes of information.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing work environments.
• Proficiency in English
