Talent Marketing Manager (talentC) in Genesis

We are actively growing and are currently looking forTalent Marketing Manager who is part of the team Evgenia Kasakova will develop the brand of the agency and partner companies.

Tasks and areas of influence:

• realization of various types of turnkey events: own, partner, in collaboration with target companies' unity;
• development of project ideas to attract leads for various purposes;
• organization of the agency's presence at targeted events;
• writing marketing texts in various formats;
• participation in marketing activities for the development of the agency brand and partner brands;
• generation of ideas for marketing creatives.

Our ideal candidate:

• has more than 1 year of work experience in Employer Branding, Event Project Management, Community Management, Brand Marketing and related fields;
• has strong project management skills;
• has strong copywriting skills and knows how to write engaging texts in any format (posts, scripts, promotional materials, short articles) on various topics;
• can generate "working" creative ideas and hypotheses for marketing events;
• has experience shooting Reels and writing video scripts;
• can present ideas, arguing his vision;
• has strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
• organized, motivated, responsible, energetic and proactive;
• can work in a team;
• has a desire to develop;
• knows how to find an approach in communication with various stakeholders to interest them in cooperation in content creation;
• knows the English language - from Intermediate or above.

It will be a plus:

• work experience in an agency or startup.
