We are actively growing and are currently looking for a Talent Marketing Manager who, as part of the Talent Marketing Team, will develop the agency brand and brands partner companies.

Tasks and areas of influence:

• Development of the agency's communication channels (Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and social network of partner companies;
• Implementation of advertising campaigns to promote the brand of partner companies (Meta, LinkedIn, Google);
• Generation and development of ideas for content plans;
• li>Writing marketing texts of various formats (from short texts for social media posts to longer comments and articles);
• Participation in marketing activities to develop the agency brand and partner brands;
• Generation of ideas for marketing creatives.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has more than 1 year of experience in Brand Marketing, Employer Branding, SMM, Content Management, Creative Marketing, etc.;
• Has strong copywriting skills and can write engaging texts in any format (posts, scripts, promotional materials, short articles ) on various topics;
• Able to generate creative ideas that bring results and hypotheses for marketing campaigns;
• Has experience in shooting Reels and writing scripts for videos;
• Able to present ideas, arguing his vision;
• Has strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data;
• Organized, motivated, responsible, energetic and proactive;
• li>Able to work in a team;
• Has a desire to develop;
• Able to find an approach in communication with different stakeholders to interest them in cooperation on content creation;
• Speaks English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working in an agency or startup;< /li>
• Experience with PPC (Facebook Ads/ Google Ads/ LinkedIn Ads).
