What you need to join us:
- Experience: You have 2 years of experience in recruiting.
- Language: Your English level is Intermediate+.
- Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation skills and building strong relationships with both Hiring managers and candidates.
- Proactive and result-oriented: You are always aiming for the best results.
- Organization: You know how to set priorities and have an ownership approach to solving problems.
Will be a plus:
- Experience: Previous experience working with partners and/or in sales.
- IT field: Experience in IT outstaffing or recruitment agencies.
- Languages: Proficiency in Polish.
Main tasks:
- Full-cycle recruiting.
- Holding intake meetings with the Hiring Manager to understand business needs.
- Development of a search strategy and creation of quality texts of vacancies and messages for candidates.
- Active and passive search for candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, networking.
- Constant interaction with partners (IT companies, business associations, etc.) to close vacancies through the internal network.
- Cooperation with recruiting agencies and outsourced recruiters if necessary.
- Conducting interviews and providing quality feedback to candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Creating and signing Job Offers.
- Pre-onboarding of new employees.
- Maintaining the candidate database and working with analytics in People Force.
- Managing the recruiting budget.
