Functionalonal duties :
- Talent Acquisition: Participating in the recruitment process, from searching and interviewing candidates to making hiring decisions and adapting new employees .
- Talent Management: Development and implementation of a talent management strategy to identify, develop and retain high-potential employees. Conduct performance appraisals and succession planning.
- Training & Development: Design, implement and monitor training programs and initiatives that support employee development and align with business goals.
< li>Career Development: Providing career coaching and orientation to employees, helping them identify career paths and opportunities for growth within the company.- Learning Needs Assessment:< /strong> Conduct training needs assessment to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge and develop training programs.
- Program Evaluation: Evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, evaluations and performance indicators.
- Collaboration: Collaboration with department heads and managers to identify talent with training needs.
- Budget Management: Budget development and management for talent management and learning and development initiatives.
- HR metrics: Analysis key HR indicators related to engagement, retention and training effectiveness.
- ReportingTo the HR Director of the company.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education in the field of personnel management, business administration or in a related field (Master's degree or relevant professional certification (eg SHRM-CP, PHR) would be preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in the field of personnel management, of which at least 3 years in the field of talent management or training and development, preferably in the field of FMCG.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and in English languages. Fluency in other languages will be an advantage.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices and talent management strategies.
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian labor market.
- Knowledge of dairy operations is a plus.
- Strong recruiting and talent management skills.
- Excellent skills development and implementation of training and development programs.
- Strong leadership qualities and team management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
