Talent Manager in AMO

We are looking for a motivated Talent Manager who will influence the cycle of team results management, implement L&D initiatives, provide a high-level employee experience by supporting key Talent processes.

What you will achieve in this position:

• You will support the results management cycle: you will help teams in setting goals and evaluating results. You will take part in Performance & Peer review, you will advise the team of leaders on work with various work results
• You will be responsible for L&D initiatives: streamlining already existing L&D capabilities, developing a strategic vision of the L&D system and its new elements
• You will ensure business partnership: support of current HR requests from teams, planning of employee development and control of the level of involvement in teams
• You will manage Employee Lifecycle processes: onboarding and effective adaptation of management processes of employee changes and dismissals.

For this you will need:

• Experience in the field of HR from 2 years
• High level of mastery of Power Point tools and Excel
• English — Upper - Intermediate
• Higher education
• Communication and presentation skills
• Curiosity and proactivity
• Organized, independent, striving for self-improvement
• Orientation on quality and results

Your manager will be Head of HR AMO Pictures, Alyona. She has been with AMO for about 3 years and has more than 9 years of experience in the HR field, she is passionate about her profession and believes in life-long learning.

Alona likes to implement projects that help support the development of the business and our employees, and she is happy to share her knowledge with the future Talent Manager and to listen to the ideas and experience of a new team member.
